TERMS & CONDITIONS - STRICT POLICY


● You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order.

     ○Any attempt to purchase by a person under 21 will result in No Refunds. 


● All deliveries require an in-person signature by the individual whose name appears on the order.


● A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery. No exceptions.


● Orders will not be released to third parties, neighbors, household members, or building staff under any circumstances.


● Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the rchase, shipment, possession, and re of alcoholic beverages.


● Once an order leaves our premises, all risk of loss, damage, delay, or theft transfers to the customer.


● We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or shipping errors.


● We are not responsible for damaged, opened, missing, or tampered items once the order leaves our premises.


● If the customer is not available for delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the order at a pickup location at the carrier's discretion.


● Failure to accept delivery after three (3) attempts will result in order forfeiture with no refund.


● Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

● Alcohol sales are final as permitted by law.


● Any shipment refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to customer error (including incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or ID failure) will result in ne refund.


● No refunds, exchanges, credits, or replacements will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, damage during transit, carrier delay, or delivery failure.

● ALl offers, promotions, and discounts are non-combinable and subject to change without notice.


● ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
